Yes, you can! You have a right to be forgotten and have a couple of options to get this done.
To delete your health information along with your entire account, navigate to Settings and click on DELETE ACCOUNT.
You will be given the option to delete all the data associated with your account permanently, or to close your account temporarily.
If you would like a copy of your data per the Privacy Policy, you may send a request to our support team via the app by navigating to Settings > Send Feedback. Choose the Privacy Related request type. You must do this prior to deleting your account.
If you are looking to delete only specific health information like in your diagnoses, simply navigate to Profile > Your Health Profile and edit the section. Simply unselect any of the data you wish to delete from your account.
