Your medication notifications are set to 10 minutes before by default. Your Appointment notifications are set to 30 minutes before by default.
To change your notification settings for the above and other general notifications, navigate to Settings > Notification Settings and follow the on screen instructions. (Edit notifications feature not available in BETA)
